Anyone watching The Event tonight? I liked how the commercial called it the baby of LOST and 24...hope it's as good as they hype it up to be!!

Have The Event in TiVo. I think it is recording on Friday. Saw a few moments of it live while switching around. We'll see.

I think The Event has huge potential, but the proof will be in the puddin.
Has the smell of LOST all over it as far as subtleties. I'll avoid talking spoilers for now for those who haven't watched the pilot.
I think it has potential as well, and I laughed at out loud when the first number mentioned (at least the first one I saw/heard) was 23!
