He's Our You

Not much research to be done, so I thought, for fun, I'd analyze the sentence!

Assuming for the time being that this is, in fact, a sentence (and not just PART of a sentence,) the information is as follows:

This is a simple declarative sentence.

He's - contraction of he is using an apostophe and uppercase H.
* he - the third person singular masculine personal pronoun
the subject of the sentence

* is - the third person singular present tense form of the verb to be
the predicate of the sentence

our - the first person plural possessive adjective, modifying the word you

you - the second person singular (presumably - could be plural) personal pronoun
the subject complement

followed by a period to end the sentence.

Bored, yet? LOL.

Thanks for the English lesson PJ, you sound like my mother. She was an English teacher.:)

I assume what they said in the podcast is fair game, even though I have not listened to it yet. If so, who is HE, Jin?

Anonymous said...

Funny PJ! It made me think of the old "school house rock" - anybody else old enough to remember that? "Mr. Morten walks.....Mr. Morten is the subject of the sentence, and the predicate says what he does". Now I will have that tune playing in my head all day!
I have no idea who HE is, I didn't get to listen to the podcast yet either. Maybe I will later, but I have a pretty busy day coming up.

Conjunction Junction, what's your function? Hooking up words and phrases and clauses. Conjunction Junction, how's that function? I got three favorite cars
That get most of my job done.
Conjunction Junction, what's their function?
I got "and", "but", and "or",
They'll get you pretty far.

Lolly, Lolly, Lolly get your adverbs here. Got a lot of lolly, jolly adverbs here. Anything you need and we can make it absolutely clear...

LOL.

I have analyzed this 'sentence' for about a week.

Random thoughts:

With TT, maybe someone does run into a youger self and asks "who is that?"...He's OUR you.

Maybe there is a leader of the Others that we haven't met yet and Locke asks "who is that?"...he's our YOU.

Anonymous said...

Wow Hammer, you REALLY paid attention in school! (or at least to the after school specials) I just laughed my butt off :)

I tend to lean towards your first idea, that someone will meet themselves - the current time's version of self. "He's OUR you". Probably something else altogether though - this is LOST!

Perhaps what happened is Desmond did change things causing the end of the world and changing the number would mean that Desmond could not change things.

That is a bit poetic since Desmond inputed the numbers for 3 years.

March 24, 2009 4:29 PM

+++++++++++
Wouldn't that mean that the DHARMA iniative was set up by TT folks from the future being that they started it in the 70's and Desmond's 'change' would likely have happened after that?

I like the theory(?) on LP that the title refers to "their" torturer, whoever they are, DHARMA/Others. Flash: He's Widmore? Charles is not real high on the good guy list.

I think Benboy is wounded and the Island has already started healing him. I also suspect Benboy is a quick learner and the next time Roger tries to manhandle him, father and son will "come to a whole new understanding."

How does Sayid get through the fence?

Hammer said...

I'm not saying it like I 'know', but Ben isn't dead. I think Ben will be saved because of for lack of a better word course correction. Frogurt could be killed in the past because it was his 'present' self. I don't think you can go into the past and kill someone that wasn't supposed to die.

wow, so let the debate begin, is little ben dead or just wounded? it looked pretty fatal to me. and it would make for a much more interesting rest of the season! how the heck will the future change now? how is that even possible? sorry, i'm just trying to comprehend it all...

Hammer said...

So, Ben wanted Sayid to go back and likely knew that Sayid was gonna shoot him...Ben has always accepted all of his butt whoopins. Another reason I think he's alive, he knew it had to happen. I bet Sayid is off to get his justice from old Smokey.

PJSander said...

I feel like Ben can't possibly BE dead. Maybe the bullets are rubber. Maybe the island will heal him. But that would certainly change whether the purge happens, eh?

But does that mean, sometime else on the island, Ben just... disappears?

so if all of the o6ers had to return because they had unfinished business on the island, something that they needed to atone for, how do you think that will play out for sayid, especially now...was shooting little ben his act of repentance? not sure how that works...

Hammer said...

I'm confused too if the island would have wanted Sayid to shoot Ben or not. So I chose that Smokey is gonna deal with Sayid.

Hmmm. What if Benboy IS dead? What if he ALWAYS died in 1977 and is a walking whisperer? I don't think it is likely, because he gets beat up a lot (and really, would we expect whisperers to bleed so much). Then again, he does heal quickly.

Hmmm.

: ) P

PJSander said...

Here's a plot hiccup that I am trying to get my head around...

Ben visits Sayid in DR AFTER Locke does. He tells Sayid about the guy outside Santa Rosa (presumably a guy that BEN has hired).

THEN, we see Ben and Ilana chatting it up in a bar. Ilana beating Sayid down (he killed others with his LEGS, would a little girl like Ilana really get the best of him - an NO this is NOT the plot point I am trying to figure out), "arresting" Sayid and getting him on the plane.

So between those two scenes, Sayid kills the guy in the car, breaks Hurley out of SR, kills a couple of guys in the safe house motel, gets drugged, is taken to Hurley's house, is driven to meet Jack, taken to the hospital, wakes up, shoots a "hospital worker" with a tranq, gets to the dock, hears Ben's plan, and walks off. Right?

So is Sayid, who at this point has to be THE most suspicious person on the planet, REALLY going to bed a woman he JUST met (when he KNOWS how tricky Ben is)?

I don't buy it.

I realize I HAVE to, but I don't like it.

I had not made that connection. Anything is possible. The boys who played Sayid's brother (or friend, but more likely brother) was bigger. Caesar seems quite small statured to me. Caesar doesn't really sound like an Iraqi name either, but I supposed it could be a pseudonym. Did Sayid and Caesar ever make eye contact?

Is Ilana working for Ben (even if she doesn't know it?)? Widmore? What about Caesar?

Anyway, does anyone here think it's possible that little Ben could really be dead? That maybe the writers did it to pave the way for "big" Ben to travel back to '77, without the "two rabbits" getting too close?

Or am I totally off and missing something on the way the TT works?

PJSander said...

Good memory then, SES!

My personal opinion is that Benboy is not dead. Or if he is, someone (Jacob, Alpert, Christian, Walt, Locke) will come and "heal" him the way that Locke was miraculously healed after Ben shot him at the purge pit.

D&C promised us there would be no paradox. I want to believe that, in this case, they have been honest with us.

Yes, of course you are welcome! Spoiler free zone here, for sure.

Sometimes DocH has some REALLY cool spoilers to offer but he is always SO good about giving us LINKS to them so we can CHOOSE to go to them if we WANT to. And once in a while I do!

One I actually saw, which I just LOVED, was a photo of the Canton-Ranier van that Ben was traveling in!

: ) P

Jim in Georgia said...

Wow! Even after a eighteen hours, Wow!

TBI is frantic. I wanted to reach out and yell at someone but there were simply too many candidates (grin)! Here goes:

The Island wanted Benboy shot but wanted him to survive as a demonstration of its power and to convince a doubting Richard that it was time to fully accept Ben (as the leader?). Ben had to stay in place to collect intelligence; otherwise, he wouldn't be wearing a DHARMA suit on the day of the Purge.

Benboy can't be dead. Christian was dead and now isn't(?). Locke was dead and now isn't(?). But Linus has to grow up first.

Can we review the bidding? "Everything that happened happened." Suppose that means, "Everything that happened on the grand scale of things happened."

Take the French, please (Sorry!).

Version 1: The Bésixdouze sinks, the occupants wash up on the beach with the rescued Jin, the Monster attacks, Jin identifies it, the Monster drags Montand into the hole, everyone goes down into the hole except Danielle because Jin tells her not to, the French men come out of the hole and go crazy and Danielle shoots all of them except Jin who she misses and, maybe, Montand.

Version 2: The Bésixdouze sinks, the occupants wash up on the beach without Jin, the Monster attacks, Jin is not there to identify it but so what, the Monster drags Montand into the hole, everyone goes down into the hole except Danielle because she thinks for a moment and says "I can't climb down there because I'm pregnant," the French men come out of the hole and go crazy and Danielle shoots all of them except Jin who isn't there and, maybe, Montand.

The result of both versions is that there's one French woman, one French baby girl and, maybe, one French man on the Island. It doesn't really matter if Jin was or wasn't there. Time marches on.

I also listened to the audio podcast. To their credit Damon and Carlton took a few minutes to apologize to Rebecca Mader for, in her terms, "pushing her under the bus" on the question of who created the gaff over Charlotte's age.

The season finale names need to be stupid. We're still picking up the pieces about donkeys or trained polar bears turning the wheel. Btw, I think its entirely possible that an escaped bear fell into the well and, with his dying breath, turned the wheel once, thereby becoming Charlotte's bear.

8) Jim

PJSander said...

I hadn't thought of it being an escaped bear, JiG, but I like it. I figured that the bears were TRAINED to turn the wheel (they were definitely being trained for SOMETHING while in captivity).

I promise that if I ever post under a pseudonym, I will always fess-up to you guys! LOL

It was really hard not to post with my usual manner, you know where I EMPHASIZE things in CAPS and use *asterisks* to emphasize *other* things. So I typed my usual way and then went back and edited. LOL.

So back to the REAL issue - the episode. I always suspected that Caesar and Ilana worked for SOMEONE. Widmore maybe? Ben under another name?

But I am still struggling with the idea that Sayid just took a girl to bed (after his last 24 hours, Elsa in Germany, and three years with Ben, you would THINK he would be suspicious of EVERYONE) and got beaten by her (with his experience in the IRG and even just with the Others). It is a LOT to "buy" for me. If that makes sense.

It was really nice to have a character-centric episode again, though!

: ) P

Anonymous said...

I wondered about that too PJ, but I guess I just chalked it up to Sayid being depressed and discouraged - vulnerable.

I wonder about that. I think the well was filled in during the 70's, no? I think the bear has to have been used by someone to turn the wheel, ejecting the bear instead of the person wanting it turned. I think Ben had the bear do it because he sensed Widmore was close. I think this because the there are tunnels that lead to the wheel (it how Christian approached Locke). I think the big to do with Ben blowing the machine to get to the wheel was just to show us the machine.

Perhaps Widmore has been in contact with Sayid? Told him more about Ben Linus than anyone would care to know. Maybe that is why Sayid turned against Ben.

I also thought that Mr. Norton (Ben's attorney) might have hired Ilana in the same of Avelino.

BTW, good call on the Seychelles/Guam story there, DocH!

Anyway, I don't have much to contribute this week. Everyone else has pretty much had my thoughts...I think Ben isn't dead.

I am off to listen to the podcast now!

Anonymous said...

Been thinking about Sayid's "purpose" for going back to the island. He said he "now knows what it is" - to kill Ben. First of all, I don't think Ben is dead. How is he going to be an undead guy and still grow up? Or if WHH, then how could he be dead this time around and change the time line?
Anyway, if the Dharma-ites THINK Sayid was a Hostile spy, they may themselves break the truce and go after the Hostiles in some, um, hostile way. The truce ends, tensions rise, and the purge is inevitable. Post-traumatic Ben is now on his way to Evil-adult Ben. Sayid just sealed the deal on the future he was trying to prevent.

Tasha said...

Well I do have something I noticed from this week's episode about the book. The cover was a person with a blurred out face. It reminded me of the paintings I have been talking about on past episodes. Oops! Yeah, the well was definitely a broken down "well head" (what do they call that, anyway?) in 1974.

So the polar bear fell in; the Island moved (dangerous, unpredictable stuff); the Others said, "That's enough of that!" and sealed up the well; and told DHARMA, "Keep your 'pets' in their cages or else."

I'm really swaggin' here.

But how is it that little Charlotte knew enough about this to remember the significance of the well? My head is beginning to hurt again...

8) Jim

PJSander said...

OOh. Good point! Maybe Charlotte was looking for *that* polar bear. Because she did see it fall down the well. She might have found some of Mummy's research which led her to Tunisia. Hmmm.

Yeah. I'm going to mull that one over!

They did so much flashing back and forth by the well that I am all confused about what the status of the well was in any given time period. Do we even know WHEN they were at each well scene? During the rope in the ground scene, wasn't that at the statue, so pre-well, then at "present" time (for them), well wall intact with closed up well (please correct me if I'm remembering wrong!). Do we really KNOW if that was pre- or post- well? Perhaps the well was there, was filled in, and then re-opened during Dharma experimentation days. Just speculating. If the purge doesn't come for another 15 years, 3 year old Charlotte could be as old as 17 or 18 when the purge happens and have gotten off the island before it, maybe at 10 years old - via a re-opened well. She would remember that clearly I would think.

Anonymous said...

OK, I am going to go out on a limb her and say that the man riding the bicycle in Dharmaville in the backround of so many of the videos and in HOY is Aaron, time traveled from sometime like 2037.

I am also pritty sure that Tom, Aarons father, spent time on the island.

I also have the urge to rent Twelve Monkeys and watch it a few times. It is a WHH movie in my mind.

FLGRL,

I would have been doing something else besides reading about LOST! I swear! J/K. LOL. This is all I do really. It's like a lifestyle, as someone wrote a couple of weeks ago!

Here is a screencap of the book RITA. Hope it let's me post a link!

There is no cool "quote and reply" feature on this blog unfortunately. Cut and paste if you like, and if you want to put it in italics, you can. There aren't hundreds of posts a week, so generally we can follow what different people are saying fairly easily.

They did so much flashing back and forth...

In the Fourth unknown time period, when Sawyer asks what will happen if they go to Orchid's location and it's not there, Charlotte says, "You'll find it at the well." Locke and party go find the Orchid. A flash starts.

Well Time 1:In the Fifth unknown time period, the Orchid has disappeared, but the well has appeared.

Well Time 2:In the Sixth unknown time period, Locke has disappeared "somewhere underground" and Sawyer is left holding onto a rope coming up out of solid earth. Miles spies the giant statue. A flash starts.

Well Time 3:In 1974, Sawyer and party find the filled-in well and, after "earthquake flash," depart toward beach. Enroute, they hear Amy crying and...

So, Well Time 2 is first because that how the Others found the wheel (but how does a hunk of rope grow out of the ground?) and the statue is there. Well Time 1 is next because the hole is open. Well Time 3 is last. I think. I hope.

Hey all,

Just found what might be an easter egg

The painted window above the entrance to the building Sayid runs out of after killing the russian guy says “олдхэм фармасьютикалс.” If you transliterate the Cyrillic lettering into English lettering it reads “Oldham Pharmaceuticals,” but the Russian word for pharmaceuticals is медикаменты (English transliteration: medicamenti.) Pharmaceutical, as an adjective, in Russian is фармацевтический (English transliteration: pharmatsevticheski.)

Thought this was a cool find on another site. Funny thing about Oldham. He chooses to live without the amenities that Dharma has. Lives in a tee pee, no electricity or running water, uses and old record playing device, no syringe for the truth serum. His name even has “old” in it. What about him are we suppose to think from his way of living?

++++++++++++++++
Uh oh, did jaime find us?

I wonder if Oldam is Jacob?

PJSander said...

Haven't seen this anywhere else yet. I heard on the local radio station that the Russian building's sign translates to Holdem (sp?) Pharmacueticals.

I totally forgot to respond to this, Hammer! I read elsewhere that it could be Oldham Pharmaceuticals. Oldham as in the *HE* of "He's Our You."

Jaime, on TBI, just pointed out that Oldham lives without "modern" amenities.

That got me thinking... could Oldham be... JACOB?

: ) P

Hammer said...

LOL, no CM is not my wife...my wife is a definate lurker. Mildly interested in Lost.

PJSander said...

Great minds, Hammer!

I *hope* Jaime finds us! I always enjoy her contributions on TBI.

PJ, funny stuff (Jacob).

Hammer said...

It can be debated that Horace was building a cabin for Jacob...maybe Oldham got tired of his tee pee blowing over in the wind?

I meant the ones in the jungle when they walking near a stream. The group (I guess it was "Locke plus" at the time) didn't interact with anyone. If we learned anything it would probably be because a "non-flasher" anchored in time watched them as they walked.

PJ probably has it right; there just isn't enough time.

Maybe Lost, the novel, written by I Dunno will have extra information.

In passing, there's talk on LP about the pharmacueticals sign. The writer says the sign may be in "Russian," but that it ain't in Russian!

FWIW, there's a great time travel short story by Robert Heinlein called "By His Bootstraps." It's a relatively quick read and the entire text is available here in three formats:

It doesn't have a direct reference to Lost, since it's even older than I am, but you might like it.

Isn't Oldham an Other? Doesn't Richard's reacting favorably to John Locke mentioning "Jacob" in 1954 mean Jacob was already there?

Yes, we saw Locke stop and examine the grayish granules in the small trench way back in "The Man Behind the Curtain." When we got to "Cabin Fever," we saw the little vial of grayish granules.

I still haven't figured out, btw, which items were "right" and which were "wrong." Maybe six-year Locke did pick the right ones and Richard was angry about it.

Anyway, I think D & C said in some podcast that the trench/circle was a barracade. I guess the barracade travels with the cabin. Jacob's a prisoner. He can't cross over those gray whatevers, but if someone would cut even a narrow gateway, Jacob is out and all Hell breaks loose. After we saw the compass in "The Lie," I thought we'd see the other essential items soon after. Another Jim theory down the tubes!

Well, not so fast Jim. I am thinking that maybe this story is the basis for LOST.

I am linking Wilson to Alpert. From the future, one of the High Ones (Egyptians,Smokey) who left to hide in time? And had gargatuan passage ways? The High Ones (Others) did something to the human race (Valenzetti's end of the world?). Many, many possible links.

I can't explain myself well, but I see this story'sfingerprints all over LOST. Most of it relies on the assumption that Alpert is traveling from the future, maybe 'alien', who helped the Egyptians who made a 4TS statue of their 'leader' Alpert...

Crazy thought, but thanks for sharing this story!

So if you don't mind my joining you, or at least lurking, I would love to spend some time here.

And you will go back to the big island when things calm down, won't you? Because...well, you're part of the fabric of time and space over there.

Best, LizS

Liz S said...

OK, so I'm just going to assume you're good with me sailing over here, until told otherwise--because I had a random thought I was going to post over there, and figure I'll post over here, FWIW--which is probably not much.

But it's about Charlotte and the crazy man with the beard telling her to leave--what if Daniel really decides he's not going to tell Charlotte to go--we have a crazy man with a beard back-up: Sayid.

Granted, this is less likely since Sayid has gone into the woods. But still...

PJSander said...

Hi Liz! Welcome!

Of COURSE you are welcome here... I have enjoyed your posts over on TBI. As long as everyone plays by the rules, we're good!

Part of the issue on TBI is that the blog owners/moderators haven't got a lot of time, and haven't assigned moderator status to anyone who DOES read regularly over there. Consequently, spoilerish posts aren't getting deleted. I can handle the occasional "oops" by a newbie, but if it doesn't get deleted, then the spoilers get quoted and perpetuate in perpetuity!

People here know that spoilers, or even POSSIBLE spoilers get deleted. It feels *safe* somehow!

Getting long winded, sorry! Welcome again.

: ) P

PJSander said...

I always thought "the crazy man with the beard" was a little ambiguous, so I think that Daniel not being that man is a possibility.

Has Charlotte ever met Sayid? I guess they passed by each other when he brought the zodiac over from the freighter and took off into the jungle to find Jack.

It is also possible that the scary man with the beard is Jack. Jack's clean-shaven now, but that beard of his *is* very scary looking! LOL.

: ) P

Rita said...

Welcome Liz S! The more the merrier and I have always enjoyed your posts on TBI (the Big Island - the LOST blog). Thanks for joining us!
I don't think Charlotte was thinking of Sayid when she mentioned "the scary man with the beard" because she told Daniel "I think that man was YOU!". However, it is LOST and ANYTHING is possible :)

PJSander said...

You are right, Rita. Charlotte did say she thought the man was Daniel... but she was also spewing a lot of gobbledygook at the time so I think anything she said could be open to LOST interpretation.

For all we know, that utterance may have been purely a story-telling device meant to push Daniel into a depression which is why/how he ends up wherever he is. That little red-headed girl might not even BE Charlotte, but Daniel's seeing her makes him crazy.

In fact, given the hoops D&C are jumping through to make up believe that it *is* Charlotte (with the DOB trouble in the podcasts), it is just as likely that the LRHG is NOT Charlotte! LOL

I was having a conversation with my daughter this am--she's taking Earth Science and they're learning about magnetic N&S and how it switches now and again and the 23.5 tilt of the earth's axis, which I'm sure y'all have discussed in the past--but it got me thinking, what do you think the nature of the 'disaster' is?

H-bomb v. Magnetic Stabilizing effects of Island v. X-Factor, leads to an atomic explosion through time?

Or a tsunami-causing implosion that wipes out the Pacific Rim?

Or...?

Or maybe they'll never exactly say...?

Hammer said...

Belated welcome LizS.

I'll admit that at this point, the incident in question is a total mystery to me. With TT, and knowing that DHARMA know about TT, the incident might just be the purge and their quest to stop it.

PJSander said...

Maybe I had too much peyote, but has anyone else read the Bootstraps story Jim told us about?

Thanks for the question, Hammer, because I totally missed his post about this. I printed it out and will read it through (eventually). For a short story, it isn't very SHORT! LOL

Liz S said...

re: Jim's story--

OK, I skimm--- uh, read that story, which was long, and gave me a headache. My favorite line, and the one I grok, to quote the future Heinlein, : "He knew that he had
about as much chance of understanding such problems as a collie has of
understanding how dog food gets into cans."

I don't think it can be said better than that.

; ) Liz

Liz S said...

PS--though I think I would not like LOST to go through that kind of creating/solving its own problems sort of round--it's very neat, in its way, but kinda bleak. Most like the compass, when did the compass get created if it's stuck in a time-loop?

But OTOH, I have this sneaky suspicion that Daniel's notebook has a strong parallel to the one in this story--suppose future/past Daniel jots things in the notebook and somehow or other loses it, and it gets to his past/younger self (maybe via mama Ellie) which starts him on his path to study time travel, which he figures out by studying his own notes that his future self wrote...

ugh, headache, nosebleed, I'm done...!

So I thought it was cool that the book Ben gave Sayid was Castaneda. Though I haven't read that particular book, I have read a little Castaneda. Here is a quote, that I pulled out earlier in my life (by earlier I mean pre-LOST!) but when I saw Castaneda introduced, I remembered the passage. It's kind of long but I think it's worth quoting here - seems applicable to LOST to me!

“Anything is one of a million paths. Therefore you must always keep in mind that a path is only a path; if you feel you should not follow it, you must not stay with it under any conditions. To have such clarity you must lead a disciplined life. Only then will you know that any path is only a path and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you to do. But your decision to keep on the path or to leave it must be free of fear or ambition. I warn you. Look at every path closely and deliberately….. Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path have a heart? If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another path. The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes that he has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that point very few men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart is never enjoyable. You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with heart is easy; it does not make you work at liking it.”

FYI, I broke radio silence on TBI. For those of you who are not visiting there right now, gmtaLeah was quite vociferous, and two others (who honestly might be leah with other names) gave her a pat on the back for her words. I TRIED to let it go, but found, in the end, I could not. Here is my post on TBI:

Hi guys,

I'm back. Well, not back for good, as I am currently maintaining radio silence for now. Though I WILL be back shortly and likely for a long time. You can't get rid of me that easily. LOL.

Gmta leah, Hooked and iowakid, whatever I did to make you angry enough to spew such vitriol, I am sorry. I can assure you that I don't think I am any better than anyone else. I really do NOT understand the stark animosity, so I went back and looked at the Namaste thread (spending way too much of my time - again I wish I knew Daniel Faraday and could get some of it back) to see what on EARTH could have happened to make you SO angry with me/us!? But the same folks were angry there too, and I couldn't figure out why!

Tasha, SES, ShelbyDee, wallyp, Amber, flgrl, katesFriend, LarLa, nfrk - thanks for asking about us - it is mighty nice to be missed in such a busy place! Shellonius funk, Toeknee, Huh and RGS were right, we (really I am speaking for myself, but I have to guess the others feel the same way) haven't run off, or BEEN run off. Just stepping back for a bit for reasons that will become apparent in time. (Yes, I, the geek, took notes - when I saw what gmta leah had written about us, I had to go back and see just how many people hated us so much! I was very glad to see they were in the minority on this one.)

As for all the "new people" posting this week, hooray! Keep posting! Don't let me, or any of the others who've been named as "missing" this week, make you feel like you've nothing to contribute. Everybody has a voice. Some of us just talk too much *g*.

You may or may not recognize as an aficionado of this blog…..but I assure you that I am. In the past, I have been a frequent poster but the circumstances of my personal life have prevented me from having much time this season to post. However, I have been keeping up with everyone’s ideas and the drama that has unfolded. Since GMTALeah has correctly linked me to PJ, Hammer, Rita, DocH, Circus Mom, and many others I felt the need to put my two cents in. I have had the privilege of tossing around theories with the aforementioned. Like many people on this blog, I look forward to their thoughts and ideas. I was once a “newbie” and these good folks helped me feel right at home. The rules of this blog seem pretty clear to me. Even without “policing” from the facilitators, common sense should prevail……especially the part about being kind and helpful. Having well thought out theories, documentation to back them up, and a working knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation does not make a person “elite” or “royal”. It makes them admired and respected. Namaste and Peace out.
